Geiser and Associates has demonstrated expertise in the following areas:

Organizational Development
Organizational development focuses on talent and selection, team-building, group dynamics, change management and retention. Diane will work with you to develop your organization's capabilities. She is available to lead group meetings, workshops, seminars and retreats.

Individual Effectiveness
Diane and her team can effectively work with you in an executive coaching capacity to enhance your individual effectiveness and develop your leadership skills. Executive coaching can be compared to having a personal fitness trainer working with key executives toward career and corporate goals.

Diane and her colleagues also are available for counseling sessions to help individuals resolve interpersonal challenges, life changes and transitions, work/life balance issues, time management, and anger management.

Keystone Program
Diane created the Keystone Program to provide adolescents and their families with information about drug and alcohol abuse. Through a one-day program and follow-up, Diane educates and works with families to develop strategies to deal with these pervasive and detrimental influences.

Assessments
Diane is certified to perform an array of formal assessments and skilled in analyzing the outcomes or results of those assessments. These tools may be used to gather information initially and throughout the course of the relationship. Assessment tools can provide valuable insights—both to the trainer/coach and to the individual—as to how the individual gets and uses energy, how he or she communicates, and how the individual makes decisions that affect his or her personal life and career.

Effective coaching is key to success in all of these endeavors. “Coaching is an ongoing relationship which focuses on clients taking action toward the realization of their visions, goals and desires. Coaching uses a process of inquiry and personal discovery to build the client’s level of awareness and responsibility and provides the client with structure, support and feedback. The coaching process helps clients both define and achieve professional and personal goals faster and with more ease than would otherwise be possible.”
